This recipe is awesome, I have made this for the last 5 years. Our kids are bringing our grand kids over for Halloween. Our kids want me to make this meatloaf. It has become a tradition for Halloween in our house!!!!!

i make this meatloaf every Halloween, minus the pasta. i make it up ahead of time, stick it in the oven while trick-or-treating, and it's ready for us when we get home. (and it warms up the house toomy son, who hates meatloaf, will always eat this one. the sweet sauce is the kicker. i do sneak extra veggies in too. yummy, fun, and unique!

My family liked the meatloaf as is but I would take the extra step of sauteeing the veggies first so as to make it even better. Also I used Italian sausage instead of ground pork just because that is what I had at home and it made for a very nice substitution.

This meatloaf is fabulous! Other than at Halloween, I just cook it in a 13 x 9 pan and it comes out great. I make two batches at a time and freeze the second one for later. Also, I double the sauce so there's enough to put on the potatoes or rice. Delicious!

This is the best recipe ever!! Not only fun for Halloween, but this has become my favorite, stable meatloaf for every day. We had so much fun dressing him up at Halloween. A huge hit for entertaining guests at Halloween. We love Halloween!!!

Wow! it's the best meatloaf we've ever had. My kids love it! I always double the recipe so they'll be leftovers. No one ever wants to leave the table.
