My children said this was the best dinner I ever made. I prepared it for a week night dinner, and revised the recipe a little to make it easier. I didn't make the sushi rice, I just cooked short grain rice in a rice cooker. Also, I substituted a little horseradish for the wasabi. It turned out great, and this will now be one of my staple dinners.

My son requested a compilation of my best recipes for his birthday this year and this was at the top of his list. I don't change a thing when I prepare it. It is perfect just the way it is listed.

My husband made this for Valentines last night and it was one of the best meals either of us have had. We are big time foodies and have eaten at some amazing restaurants all over the world, and this could be served at one of the best! We both cleaned our plates and wanted more!!!

This recipe is absolutely amazing. It is very easy to follow. I recommend letting the salmon marinade for as long as possible and then grilling it. It turns out great!
