Wow! These are the greatest jalapeno poppers ever!! I had been wondering what to do with all the jalapenos coming off the vines in the garden. WE LOVE THESE POPPERS!!

These things were gone as soon as I took them off the grill. Big hit in Soldier Field parking lot. They took a little bit longer than 30 min to prep but it was well worth the time. Will be serving these again and often.

We tried these the other day. Very good. Cheese did not melt out. Bacon and peppers were done. We did add some shredded cheese to the mixture. We will definitely make these again!!

Wow, these are really good, but I'm a wuss. Yes, I admit it. That didn't stop me though, I just make them as usual (for my husband and then substitute a poblano pepper for me. Just as good, but not as hot!

I was very impressed, although I had no basil, I did have the other ingredients and got rave reviews. I suggest when cleaning out the peppers if you don't like the extreme heat of jalopenos to core them completely -- if you like a kick...leave some of the spine. I did both and kept them separated on the grill. Yummy

I just made these poppers over the weekend for a bbq...HUGE hit! My only problem was I didn't make enough! I was nervous about the ingredients in the cream cheese because I'm not a 'cook' and wasn't sure what exactly basil & sun-dried tomatoes would taste like. Once I started mixing the cream cheese filling together I was practically drooling. It came together great and all the flavors, including the pepper and bacon were fantastic! I had one friend that hates cream cheese...we'll guess what - he tried one, then two, then three...I think in total he ended up eating more than anyone. Im sooo excited that I finally have a yummy appetizer to bring to bbq's and parties! Also, I had filling left over so I put it in the fridge and used it on a bagel this morning...delicious!

I first started making these about a year ago and I have made them about 10 times since then. My friends and family always ask me to bring them to events. Good for football games, NASCAR or any other time.

These were wonderful. Absolutely the best jalapeno poppers I have ever eaten. And fairly easy to make!

These are fantastic... but I really wish I would have left some seeds in! They are not spicy at all without them!
FYI, the cream cheese mixture is FANTASTIC and I will be using it to make a wrap!
