Ingredients
- 1 pound salt salmon, shredded
- 4 pounds ripe tomatoes, small dice
- 3/4 pound Maui onion, finely diced
- 5 ounces scallions, whites and greens, coarsely chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients together by hand ('lomi lomi' means "to massage" in Hawaiian). Let cool in refrigerator.
