    I JUST WATCHED THE SHOW AND FOLLOWED ALONG WITH THE RECIPE AND THE RECIPE IS WRONG. THE WINNER WAS IN THE AUDIENCE LEADING EMERIL THROUGH IT AND IT WAS NOT THE SAME AS WRITTEN HERE.

    ON THE SHOW, THE WINNER SAID TO SAUTE' THE ONIONS, GARLIC AND JALAPENOS FIRST. THEN ADD THE MEAT.

    ALSO THERE WAS NO LAYERING OF THE TORTILLAS. ONLY TORTILLAS ON THE BOTTOM, THEN THE MEAT MIX AND CHEESE; MORE MEAT MIX AND MORE CHEESE. PERIOD.
