    this wasn't to bad the balsalmic wasn't to bad on it and had to add cheese wiz to give it a little extra kick.

    I used thin sliced boneless round to make it a little healthier.It was great and it' fun to try different cheeses.

    This is a great way to make steak sandwiches. I take rib-eyes, flatten, roll, freeze, then slice. I usually add mushrooms. Sometimes I put them under the broiler for the finishing touch. They are very addicting!

    I like phillies and this was a good and different recipe. The balsamic was great on the bread. I like the peppers in smaller slices.

    It was really good, and we will definately make it again. Would be good to impress someone for lunch sometime. : The only teeny complaint I had was that it was a little too bland. Maybe using a different cheese-- like cheez whiz? I'm not sure, but it was very good!

    I'm glad to have a recipe to fall back on when I crave a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. The Balsamic adds the perfect finish; this is overall the best recipe I've found for this so far.
