Ended up being delicious! Leaving it in the freezer overnight after the rolling process made it really easy to cut and still keep shape (although I still thought mine could have been a little thinner

Very good recipe. I made it several times for coworkers and family. I did cut the filling in half so I didn't waste as much.

This recipe was HORRIBLE!!! The proportions were all off which made it IMPOSSIBLE to roll!!! SO disappointed in the Food Network for allowing this recipe to remain as is on this site :(

This was absolutely horrible! I followed the recipe to a tee, and it was a mess. I tried rolling it out, and it stuck to the parchment so much that it fell apart. Do not make this recipe!! It's a waste of time, effort, and money!!!

I really enjoyed these cookies! The favor was great but they did spread quite a bit when I baked them. Luckily, I only baked a few at a time to see how they turned out. I ended up letting the dough thaw out a lot and roll the dough from both ends to the center. I somehow formed the dough in a heart shape! : My family loved them!!!

    Too sweet!!!
Proportions are wrong or the instrucitons are wrong.
I followed it exactly but the roll was impossible to cut into quarter inch cookies. So I had to cut into half inch pieces, but those spead out too much on the sheets. They fell apart when cooled. What a mess. Tasty but too sweet.

The filling was good and I'll incorperate that into other types of recipes, but this was was a loss.

These are delicious! I had some trouble with the cookies sticking to the pan. Also, a lot of the filling was squished out. Make sure you roll carefully. They didn't come out very pretty but very tasty. I'll have to try again. It definitely tastes like pumpkin pie in a cookie.
