    First batch-I did not roll quick enough and they broke up, so I made fewer at a time in second batch.
    I also tried variants in fillings:
    chocolate mousse,raspberry cream,creme de menthe and softened chocolate ice cream,
    frangelica mousse, Kahlua and Bailey's Whipped Cream. One favorite with the crowd was a rum rasin ice cream filling with the entire cookie then entombed in chocolate.
    I even bought extra pastry bags to accomodate for more than one filling per batch!
