Ingredients
- 10 large garlic cloves, peeled
- 2/3 bunch of fresh coriander leaves and upper stems
- 1/2 cup unseasoned peanut butter (recipe from above)
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon thin soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- Dash of Chinese rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hot chili oil
Directions
In a food processor, combine the first eight ingredients together. Process until smooth. Place in a saucepan and bring up to a simmer. Remove from the heat and set aside
