My boyfriend had never had bread pudding. I made this for Thanksgiving as a treat, and now he always asks when I'll make it again! I save it for aquick and easy dessert when I'm making a more elaborate main course, so everything gets soaked completely.

The bread pudding was moist, but the rum sauce was what made it great.

This was soooo good. It reminded me of being back in New Orleans. I just made it tuesday and it was gone by thursday! My family can't wait for me to make it again.

I have never tried an online recipe b4, but the raves I got from this recipe are off the chart. I have already made it 4 times within 2 months. Never lasts longer than 2 days (if I hide it. I have friends visiting me that I haven't seen in years wanting to know if I have any more pudding!!!
