You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brandy or whiskey

Directions

On the top of the double boiler place the cream and eggs. Beat well. Add the sugar and vanilla. Stir constantly for 10 minutes. Slowly add the brandy or whiskey. Serve in silver goblets.

    Delicious...adults only!
    My opinion...this recipe makes a dessert sauce...great and very unusual. I also put this sauce on ice cream, cheese cake, etc.
