I found this recipe from Bobby flay for Truffle Butter made with Truffle Oil. I couldn't find truffle butter to save my life!

    White Truffle Butter:
1 stick unsalted butter, slightly softened
    2 teaspoons white truffle oil
    Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients and chill in the fridge.

The recipe says to add truffle oil and salt "to taste". Does anyone have any idea about how much that is for one pound of butter? I dont know what it it supposed to taste like and I want to make sure I get it right!

I wanted to use this on a recipe tonight and couldn?t find truffle butter any where
except on the on line, Which meant I had to wait 2 days and I didn?t
want to do that. It turned my steaks into a truffle delight. Thank you Emril
