This was so awesome. It was great to be able to fix a meal for my family of one of our favorite dishes, and still be healthy. My only suggestion is to to cut down the paprika (use 1/12 tb & cayenne pepper (1/2 tb on the recipe if you can't handle or don't like spicy seasoning.

This was so yummy. All the spices make it sooooo flavorful.Use fresh basil and parsely if you have it. It makes all the difference in the world. Yumm-O!

The recipe was a little complicated but it was worth the effort. I layered the pasta with whole basil leaves but they would have been better mixed in with the cheese. The only down side to this recipe is that I ran low on sauce.

Yummy and less bad for you. I made this for my hubby before I left for work travel and he liked it so much he ate it every day for a week until it was gone! He usually takes the opportunity to order pizza (this is his only chance but he wanted the lasagna instead!

I made this dish last evening for my family and it was delicious!!! They are still talking about it today. It will be made again and again and don't change a thing in the recipe! Thanks Emeril!
