Ernest's Special Daiquiri
- 2 ounces light rum
- 1 teaspoon grapefruit juice
- 1 teaspoon maraschino liqueur
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
In a blender or a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
