Ingredients

Directions

Line an 8 by 12-inch rectangular pan with parchment paper. Place a very clean and heat proof glass bowl over boiling water, making sure the bottom does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate, stirring, until it is very smooth and shiny.

Add the nuts and fruit into the chocolate and mix well. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared pan. Place into the refrigerator until set, about 4 hours. This can be made up to 4 days in advance and kept in an airtight container.
