    This looked too strange to believe, so I had to try it. Holy Cow! Stock up, get out the good flutes and hide away your car keys! You'll make more of this than you should.

    This was good. Pay attention to the alcohol content of your amaretto liquoer, though. If it is around 28% alcohol, use the simple syrup. If it is closer to 18% alcohol (as it was in my case the simple syrup will make it too sweet.
