This was so easy and quick to make. I didn't pour all the dressing over the veggies...I used only has much as I thought necessary for my taste buds. Can't wait to make it when we have friends over.

This was so good and easy! Just tangy enough, and a great way to use tarragon!

This side dish is really fresh and good to eat. Make sure not to overcook the veggies, and be careful not to overdress them with the vinaigrette. I love this with just about any main dish.

A delicious vegetable side that looks beautiful on the plate. I only had tear drop
tomatoes and asparagus on hand but it was still fabulous and colorful.. Agree wth the others, try using half of the vinagraitte. A fool-proof, impressive looking veggie side that all will love!

I made this recipe on a whim and it is my new favorite side dish. I couldn't find artichoke hearts in the frozen section, so I used frozen whole brussel sprouts cut in half and it was delicious. I also subsituted basil for tarragon and this dish was amazing. Very healthy with alot of taste and makes great leftovers!

I used canned artichokes instead of the frozen and instead of fresh tarragon, I used fresh basil. It was outstanding- I could not stop eating it!! I also only used about half the dressing and it was more than enough! Thank you Giada!! Everything I've ever made of hers comes out perfectly!
