This was just okay....thought with all the positive reviews it would be better. Isn't the most flavorful recipe I have made. Don't think I would make this again unless it's for a pot luck or side dish.

I REALLY enjoyed this recipe, I read a lot of reviews and added a little more chicken broth as well as a little more heavy whipping cream (didn't have heavy cream in the area. I also had a full cup of asparagus (chopped and some sugar snap peas. Though I think this recipe is a little too sweet... perhaps that was me adding more heavy whipping cream. I'll try exactly what the recipe calls for next time.

Family loved this! And very easy to make... made 1/2 version and did add more chicken broth as previously suggested. Also used whole milk instead of 'heavy cream' which I don't usually have laying around the house and it was fine! That was the only substituion I made, love this recipe because it uses things I already have in my pantry (you can even re-hydrate dried mushrooms if you don't have fresh.

Wow!! The taste was spectacular coming from all different directions. Amazing texture and healthy alternative to meat dish. I didn't have the Marsala so I used Cabernet. It added extra flavor and juice. Thank you Giada.

I'm in the minority with this one. Didn't think it was anything special. Might be better with macaroni instead of orzo.

I've made this recipe a few times and it was delicious! My family and friends were impressed with the depth of flavor, as well. Try it! You'll love it

Wonderful dish. I usually make this for Sunday dinner. If I don't have the marsala wine I substitute more chicken stock.
