Delicious! I baked mine for recommended time of 25 minutes and they came out perfect. I do have a convection oven though.

I made the cupcakes and they were very good the only thing was that they sank in the middle, I do not know what went wrong I followed the recipe. I will try this recipe again to see what I did wrong.

ALERT ALERT THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
mascarpone cheese is very expensive and hard to find just use cream cheese and sour cream to get the same result in all these cupcakes were amazing and tasted great

Delicious! I also made some chocolate pops with the recipe. Followed the recipe except my oven required 5 more minutes.

I love these cupcakes! I made them for a birthday party and the ones that were left over people wanted to take home, they were so delicious. I made half with ganache and half with homemade chocolate cream cheese frosting. Both were amazing!

These are the best chocolate cupcakes I have ever tasted! They taste wonderful right out of the oven, or cooled and frosted. Followed the recipe exactly, and I thought they were going to turn out like brownies because the batter was so dense, but they are very fluffy

These cupcakes are heavenly. I make them all the time. However, I'm giving them four stars because I don't really like the ganache recipe. I usually make the cupcakes and sprinkle powdered sugar on top and leave them plain.

Delicious!! This was the first time I have made cupcakes from scratch, made ganache, or used mascarpone cheese. Though they baked for about 32 minutes instead of 20-25, they are absolutely heavenly. The batter could make about 28 cupcakes, but I just filled each paper liner to the top (make sure you grease even a nonstick cupcake tin so the rims of the cupcakes do not stick to the top of the tin. The flat, extra wide cupcakes also made them easier to dip in the smooth, rich ganache. Overall, a fun recipe with a fantastic result!

Followed the recipe to a T and found the cupcakes to be very dry. I was able to make 24 full-sized cupcakes with some batter left over. Ganache recipe also made more than I needed. These were nothing to write home about. We didn't even finish them. I will not make again.

Incredible! And Corpus Christi - you must have done something wrong. Use the BEST chocolate you can find. Don't use "baking chocolate". I used Valrhona 70%. Everyone has asked me for the recipe. Also, I took more "good" Valhrona 70% and chopped it up about the size of chips. Same for the ganache. WAY better then nestles chips.
