I read the reviews and was excited to make these cupcakes but mine came out so dry! i tried not to overmix but it didn't work...

This recipe is fun to make and absolutely delicious! One suggestion I would make is do not bake it for 25 minutes if you don't have to. They come out better baking only for about 19-20. Keeps them more moist.
Also, did not use sea salt (didn't feel like going back to the store for, just used regular Morton's salt!

These cupcakes are fabulous!! I am a good cook, but when it comes to baking, I usually run away screaming....these were a cinch to make and they were so good!! They will be a regular at my house. The method of dipping the cupcakes in the ganache to frost them was SO much easier than using a knife! I love it!

These came out really dry for me and pretty dense. I followed the recipe very closely. The frosting saved the cupcakes though, it's divine.

I love this recipe. It was easy to follow and very delicious. My family and friends love them!! Since, I made these cupcakes I am always asked to make them for parties or get togethers.

These were so good. I added a little Powdered sugar to the Ganache to make it a little sweeter. I also made a filling with the rest of the marscapone cheese and piped it into the middle before putting on the ganache. My family thinks they are the best cupcakes ever.

Giada does it again. This easy was easy to follow and the outcome was exactly what I would hope for. Rich tasting ganache with a moist cupcake...sooo yummy. Everyone loved it!! This recipe is definitely a keeper

These are the best cupcakes I have ever had! I love the texture - just like a brownie. My husband asked me to put some nuts in them and they came out wonderful. I will definitely be making these on a regular basis. What a great recipe.
