I don't like to make pastries but this receipe looked easy and delicious. All of my guest enjoyed it and I also enjoyed making the cupcakes!

Wow, this was wonderful! My family loved this! Only problem I had was getting the kids to stop eating! This recipe is a keeper..I will make this again. This is a choclate lover's dream.

I will make these again for sure! Rich & delcious-these will satisfy any chocolate craving! Extra ganache is great for dipping strawberries.

i was careful not to overmix the batter but the cupcakes came out dry. ganache was very simple to make. great idea, dipping the cupcakes into the ganache to frost

These cupcakes really take the cake! The batter is not too sweet, so the frosting is a great duo. I took them to Father's Day gathering and they went quickly. Several people even ate two. It was a plus that they were not too difficult to make.

This recipe is extremely tasty, and also extremely dense. It's like biting into a rich creamy brownie, only bigger. I happen to prefer a lighter cupcake, but if you like gooey and yummy, this is for you. The ganache topping is far superior to the ordinary sugar icings.

I love Giada's recipes. This one is no exception. They were so good. I only frosted half of them. They were amazing without the ganache, but crazy good with it.
