My son and I watched the episode with this sandwich and both looked at each other and saying we have to make this.. Well we have !! Several times. Love it every time. I use just red or green leaf lettuce, and if I can't find pancetta I just cook up some bacon on top. Either way it works. We all love it !!

This is phenomenal, even with the 1 change I made: I used plain yogurt in place of the mayo, because I detest mayo.

This recipe is wonderful! The flavors together are really out of this world. I love the spicy curry with bitter raddichio. Leave it overnight before eating for best taste. Great job, Giada. And this really does taste best on the ciabatta rolls, guys!

I made it ahead of time & refrigerated in for a few hours...it seemed to get better with time. Also, I chopped up the crisp pancetta & added it to the salad. So yummy!

This was chock full of flavor: bitter radicchio, spicy curry, and a nicely balanced dressing to temper both. This was easy, flavorful, and much lighter than the usual chicken salad. Save the chicken carcass and make a soup to go with this wonderful sandwich.

OMG!
This is the best chicken salad sandwich ever! The pancetta, curry and ginger just made the chicken salad sparkle with flavor. I used peasant bread I bought from a local restaurant instead of the ciabatta rolls and a mixture of light and dark meat. I think the next time I make this chicken salad I will try sprinkling some freshly grated parmesan cheese into the mixture. This is definitely a great sandwich for a picnic with your honey. Enjoy!
