These are very easy but taste & look very special. I'm in charge of desert on all holidays and family get togethers' these are a must everyone loved them. They are very rich so
a little goes along way.

I figure if they can rant, rave and rate this recipe without trying it, so can I----and I WILL definitely be trying this one. It sounds like the recipe will result in a DELICIOUS special brownie. If the idea of using a "mix" brownie turns them off, then by all means they could bake homemade ones instead. One of the nasty reviews even asked why one would melt the chocolate and then chill the melted chocolate--LOL--surely an experienced chef/cook wrote that one---NOT! It's one thing to try a recipe and give an honest review of not finding it tasty, but to bash for the sake of bashing is pretty pathetic. I'm bashing their reviews for a reason---they were negative without even trying the recipe--that is not ethical in my opinion.

I've made these several times, and they are always a hit! The nutella keeps the brownies very moist.

BRAVO! Could not be tastier or easier for kids (or me to "create. I made the famous and bestever "G" brownie mix before the grandkids arrived. Everything was ready and waiting for our project upon their arrival...they loved helping, kept their attention and we were able to eat and enjoy our "Grandma's special brownies" right after lunch!
PS: my toddler grandkids think the"G" brownies stand for Grandma's brownies...thank goodness they can't all read yet.

I am guessing the moron that gave this a bad review because it was made with a box brownie mix and was easy missed the POINT of this episode which was easy and quick type foods. DUH. Before you open your mouth, check to see you have a brain. These were good, a hit with everyone and easy to make. An all around five star rating.

I thought these were delicious! I am not a big fan of left over brownies, and these are a nice way to jazz them up! Simple and easy, perfect. P.S. People need to stop complaining about this whole "store-bought" brownie stuff. The purpose of this episode was time saving recipes. Go somewhere else to complain.

I made these Decadent Brownies tonight for my Husband's Birthday as a Surprise, and he just adored them! I, too, used Ghirardelli Browinie Mix, and being a Southern Gal, mixed toasted chopped Pecans in with the Hazelnuts! Absolutely the Best Birthday Desert I've made Him!! Thank You Giada!! You're The Best!! If the way to a Man's Heart is Truly through his Stomach, I'll have Him for another 20 years!! Susan and David
