    Totally delicious- lots and lots of flavor.
    I made this for the first time for our family's annual memorial day cookout a couple of years agao and boy-o-boy was it a hit!!! My brother who went to culinary school was most intrigued. I also made the Orzo salad and they loved it as well.

    So simple to make and yet so much flavor. The marinated chicken tastes great on it's own as well thanks to the fennel seed. I also pound out the chicken to a more even thickness for uniform cooking. Perfect light summer supper.

    I love this recipe. It is simple but has so much flavor. I pound the chicken breasts thinner than they come from the store, cooks more evenly and faster. I never have used the fennel seed, so I can't comment on that aspect.
