    The basil dressing was the secret. My husband loved it. The dressing would be could with fish also. Make the orzo salad also. Giada's recipes are some of the best.

    The fennel flavor was very subtle and refreshing, the chicken grilled up well and the basil sauce was a nice addition. My husband, however, thought the sauce overpowered the fennel flavor. Everyone enjoyed this dish and I will make it again.

    This was a GREAT dish, very fun to make and tastes awesome! My family's very Italian, and my grandparents hardly ever let me cook when it's not "the family recipe." Everyone LOVED it, and the basil sauce is sooo flavorful.

    I made this for dinner tonight and it was a hit! The sauce has an amazing flavor and it was incredibly easy to make. This will definitely be one that we make again and again.

    A perfect summer dish. I used the left over dressing the next day to make a salad with romaine lettuce, mini mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and toasted pine nuts! Delicious!
