Simple and delicious, I think I will expand this recipe a bit the next time I make it, adding capers.

i thought this chicken recipe was so quick and easy. i served with the orzo salad and it was a perfect summer meal. i only gave it 4 stars because i needed to add parmesan to the basil sauce to give it a consistency that i liked. this is strictly personal preference though....i just prefer a thicker pesto type sauce.

This was one of the easiest recipes to make and really is fabulous. I was not sure what to expect since the marinade ingredients were so simple but the fennel seeds make a great flavor and the chicken was so moist and flavorful. Next time I plan to make more to have some leftover to put on salad. YUMMMMY!

I this was amazing!! I even messed up the recipe because I was doing to much at one time because I was cutting the recipe in half. It was SO simple and it tasted GREAT!! I also made some fresh cooked spinage with some almonds to complement the Almond Blueberry Cookies I made for desert. Over all I think this is going to be a regular recipe!!!

I made this after watching it being made on "Everyday Italian". It looked good on the show but the real thing is incredible. I pounded out my chicken breasts until they were thin and then put them in the marinade for 5 hours. I was a little skeptical about putting the green vinagrette on it, but it was worth it. It has an awesome taste! Make sure to use fresh basil, it's worth it.

I followed previous reviews and only used about 1/2 of the lemon juice. I didn't have the fennel seed so I omitted it. It was quick and delicious. My DH said he would put it in the keeper column. I served it with veggies that had been steamed and then ice bathed to keep them crisp. Nice texured differences.
