We loved this recipe! It was so simple, yet so flavorful. The basil dressing compliments the marinade beautifully. I will be making this a lot this summer!

Packed with flavor, this is not your regular old grilled chicken! Loved the basil dressing. This is a definite keeper!

This recipe took a whole 10 min to prep. I was only able to marinate the chicken for 30 min and it still tasted of fennel and lemon. The sauce is a great addition and would go well with salmon as well. I added some olive oil to the sauce to thin it out a bit. Good recipe to prepare ahead of time and freeze until you are ready to cook.

Pretty good--add lots of oil so the dressing isn't too thick!

I'm just learning how to cook and even I made this without trouble. It was delicious with just a 30 minute marinade.

I have made this recipe a couple times now and every time it turns out the same and it's great! I'm not a fan of fennel so I omit the fennel when I make it. I like to make this dish with roasted bell peppers and couscous... SO yummy! Thnx Giada. ;

Made this dish for a dinner party and it was a big hit. The marinated grilled chicken is so delicious, it can stand on its own. The sauce, which some people liked more than others, is strong - a little was all I needed. I consider it optional. Another example of Giada's great taste.
GRILL NOTE: When cooking the chicken on the grill, keep a close eye. It smokes a lot and occasionally flares up.
