I made tthis recipe and it was great. Used some Mahi Mahi and it was awesome. I now understand what they mean when they say use a good white wine or one you would drink. I didnt have any and used a lil of a cooking one I had...it was still ok but with a wine I drink it would have been great...Made some couscous with it...great and light. Thanks Giada!!! Will try Tilapia next time...make it and you will love it.

This was truly fabulous. Simple easy - I made it for company (the pockets made serving so easy and everyone raved. Hands down, without a doubt, no contest the best fish I ever made (and some of the best I have ever had.

This recipe is easy and delicious. I have been trying to incorporate fish into my diet for the health benefits, but really don't enjoy eating it. I loved this! I will make it 1 or 2 times a week! I used Tilapia and cooked it for a little longer than the recipe called for.

I too had to cook the fish about 10 minutes longer. I have a hard time finding trout in my area so when I do I buy lots and freeze it. I liked that this wasn't so strongly flavored as to over power the delicate Steelhead trout. The fish just melts in your mouth and I love that the vegetables are crisp tender. This is a favorite recipe in our house!

I made everything exactly as the recipe called for EXCEPT I made this 'for two' with 2 (4 oz halibut filets. OMG! I also had to cook for about twice as long, but it was still incredibly delicious.

Super easy to make and delicious! I added the lemon juice and white wine to the salt, pepper, and lemon zest mix by mistake and decided to marinate the veggie and fish together. It still came out delicious. It was a big hit at the party. Definitely will make it again!

Absolutely amazing! I used swordfish and cook it outside on the grill. This recipe is a keeper.

This was a great dish and was so simple. I am trying to learn how to cook and my poor boyfriend has been my guinea pig. While some of the dishes I have made have been mediocre, this one was a hit. I have made it a couple of times now and have always ended up adding a little more wine and olive oil than it calls for. Tastes great plus its really colorful and pretty!

    Yum! What an easy recipe!

Only thing I did different was omit the wine (too lazy to open a bottle, used salmon instead of trout, and used basil instead of the mint.

    Meal was darn good!

    Monica.

I made this with salmon fillets and it was wonderful. I strongly recommend trying it as a simple, fast meal.
