Sooo good. And vegan! I doubled up on this recipe for a BBQ not knowing how all the kids and grown ups would enjoy this! The kids loved the surprise of the orzo being pasta and the sweetness of the tomatoes... the grown ups loved the sauce that was a welcome break to the masses of mayo-dominant salads on the table.

SO DELICIOUS! I've made this multiple times! Ditch the mint & add cubed mozzarella! Tastes even better the next day!

I have made this versatile salad several times and it never fails to please the crowd. In addiction to making it strictly according to the recipe, I have also modified it a few times by adding cucumber and feta cheese, as well as sometimes omitting the beans when out of them. Delicious!

This is an easy and delicious dish with lots of flavors. Sometimes the combination is a little overwhelming but good. I usually leave out the mint.

This is a fool-proof and easy recipes. What I love about it most is you can substitute a lot of veggies, for example I usually include cucumbers or fresh green beans. Using fresh mint and basil is essential for giving it a fresh garden salad taste. One thing that I usually change is the vignette. 1 cups of oil olive is extremely generous, I usually add about 1/4 of a cup of olive oil.

Easy and flavorful. I made this for my office's holiday party and used vegetable broth instead of chicken so almost everyone could enjoy it (I added feta, so unfortunately the vegans could not partake. For the dressing, I used closer to a 1/3 of a cup of oil. Will absolutely make again (but with chicken broth.

Very tasty dish to make ahead. Swapped off the chicken stock for vegetable for the vegetarians in the household.
    Great recipe!

Outstanding!!! Another hit from Giada! I made this last night for my recipe group. It was almost gone when it was time to leave and there were only 5 of us! I loved the suggestion of using feta cheese. It definitely elevated the dish to another level. This recipe is a keeper!!

I make this so often, it has now become the thing I'm asked to bring for all our get togethers.
