    Was not too impressed until I put it all together. Now It may not make it to the party! We're having it with grilled salmon.
    I do think it needs to be made early in day or day before for the flavors to blend. Followed the recipe exactly. My family thinks a bit too much mint, I'm OK. Added a few chopped Greek olives and small amount of Feta to the top just to give it a bit of extra. A good summer salad..

    This salad is awesome! I always am asked for the recipe. I especially love that you can make it one day in advance. The tomatoes are still good. I just made this for 50 people and it got rave reviews.

    Made this a couple of weeks ago and did what one of the other reviewers recommended by letting the orzo stay in the broth and soak it up. I thought it was wonderful, my husband thought it was too mushy....but we both loved the salad. So making it today for Easter tomorrow and I will drain the pasta this time as Giada notes in her recipe. Either way, this has a wonderful taste and you can't go wrong....looking forward to eating this tomorrow with my Easter rack of lamb. YUMMY!

    Made this salad last night; Deliceous! I made it for only two people, so made half recipe. My husband doesn't like garbanzos, so I used drained, rinsed black beans (about 1/4 cup. I also subbed green onions for red and added 1 tablespoon diced shallots. Didn't change a thing on the dressing. We inhaled it! It was soooo good. Thanks, Giada for a great tasting salad!
