My family loved this recipe. I can never get my kids to eat salmon and yet they LOVED this. Will definately be making again! Thanks so much for the recipe!

I made these for dinner last night with the dipping sauce... OMG they were wonderful. My daughter, husband and I absolutely loved them. We all concurred this could be an add to the family recipe file. Delicious. Only change is I used Panko bread crumbs instead of regular... they were crispy and had wonderful flavor. I plan to make them for my grandkids the next time they are over. EASY to make and healthy too.

I was definitely a little skeptical if these would actually get crunchy all around in the oven. But... WOW!!! These were super easy, DELICIOUS, and unbelievably crunchy!! So much better than store-bought fish sticks - and we LOVED the salmon twist on the usual white fish. The only change I made to this recipe was that I added a little bit of panko breadcrumbs to the breadcrumb/cheese mixture. Thanks for another wonderful recipe, Giada!!! :

I love this recipe as a simple family meal that even my toddler, teenager and husband loves. So good and nutritious! I will never buy frozen fish sticks again!

They were pretty good, but husband isnt a huge fish person and he didnt like the white sauce. I thought it was pretty good but its a recipe that you have to crave to make it.

This is tasty, and so is the dipping sauce, although I did modify it. I dislike mayo, so I used all yogurt instead. Still great!

I made this today for my family. My two-year-old loved it and so did my hubby. It was so flavorful. I even made a full fillet for my hubby and he made it into a fish sandwich. Grrrrrreat!

I was really excited to try this but it just didn't excite me or the kids.
