I love salmon, I love fish sticks, and I watched this episode, so I was so excited to make this recipe. I followed the recipe exactly, but I didn't like this at all. I am so disappointed. The whole time I was eating I just wished that I had used my salmon for something else. :(

When I saw this episode I knew she was prego I asked my husband if he could tell that Giada had a bump and he agreed with me that she did look prego. I said to him well we'll see when she makes the Bellinis, because they usually have liquor in them. And they were virgin Billinis! Today I found out in Good Day LA (showthat she had a little girl named Jade. Then I confirmed again by reading her little biography on Food Network. CONGRATS GIADA AND TODD!

Thanks Giada for a new twist with salmon! These tasted great and I love the tangy "tartar" sauce.

I tried this recipe w/my 4yo son and he loved it. Very easy to make, did not take very long and it was fun making it with my son. He was very excited to try them, and when we finally did, it was a big hit. You will love making this with your children. It's good as well since it's baked in the oven instead of deep fried. Really refreshing from all the soaked oil of deep fried fish sticks. We will make these again on a regular basis as an afternoon snack or party appetizers. Thank You Giada for this recipe. :o

My in-laws were visiting this weekend, and my husband and I were looking for something to feed the kids rather than the normal frozen fish sticks they usually eat. We decided to try these, and I was surprised at how easy they were to make. My 23-month-old daughter is not a big fan of fish sticks, yet she LOVED these! My 4-year-old son loved them as well. Of course, my husband and I had to sample them, and soon, none of the 4 adults in the house could stay out of the fish sticks either! We all agreed they were a hit. They were not heavy at all, and they made a great appetizer (and dinner for the kids. I did not make the sauce yet, but I hope to do so next time. We will definitely make these again!

I just made this for my family and they loved it. It was quick, easy, and delicious! The dipping sauce was really good with it too!

This was a delicious salmon recipe. I didn't have everything on hand, so I used a few substitutions. I used whole grain panko bread crumbs and added Italian seasoning. For the sauce, I used Italian seasoning instead of chive/parsley, and added a little cayenne pepper. It was very delicious, and surprisingly, extremely crispy.

This was a great and easy take on fish sticks; using my favorite fish, Salmon. I was grateful I had enough left over for my lunch the next day and to share with my mom, who loved it! I am not a tartar sauce fan but even that was delicious.

Yes! We are eating fish now! Woo Hoo! A fantastic, longingly-hoped-for moment at the dinner table. For the sauce, I used greek-style yogurt (2% and dill (instead of chives/parsley plus added lemon juice (okay, she didn't eat the sauce. Really could make a great appetizer, too.

These are terrific ~ easy to prep, super healthy, and really delicious. What a great way to get more salmon into your family's diet! I'm not sure that I'd classify them as a snack (the recipe was part of her Healthy Snacks show. I served this with a fennel/orange salad and some brown rice, and we all loved the meal. Yay, Giada!

(P.S. Choose wild salmon over farmed ~ better for the environment, plus lower mercury levels.
