I saw Giada make this on the Cooking Channel and made it that nite; but I heated it up after blending so it was more like a healthy creamed spinach...I added abt. 1/4C grated parmesan (good idea & a splash of tabasco (bad idea, won't do that again!...will try this as a dip for sure & the color looked great before I did the final heat-up.

I'm so sad. I thought there would be no way this recipe could fail. I LOVE spinach and I love garlic. This tastes so bad. :( Im forcing myself to eat it because its healthy but I can't figure out how when I followed the recipe exactly, it tastes so bad. I have made quite a few Giada recipes and they are usually perfection but this one will never be made again. I'll give it two stars for being healthy.

I don't know what Giada was thinking when she posted this dip. It looks and tastes like sludge. I have one of her cookbooks and love many of her recipes, but this one should be thrown out! Bleech!

Very very tasty! I made it for company and they loved it too! It is especially great served with carrot sticks.

This is such a great healthy alternative to other more fattening dips. Definitely recommend making for a quick easy and healthy snack!

I've made this recipe as listed, and it was great. One of the good things about Giada's recipes is they are great jumping off points. Today, I had chickpeas, had half the amount of spinach needed, and a partial jar of sun dried tomatoes I was looking to use up. I went for it and the results were fantastic.
