This recipe was easy to make and yummy to eat!!! I added dried blueberries as well for their health benefits. I used Splenda instead of sugar and it tasted fine. I did add a little olive oil to moisten it a bit. I'll make this one over and over again.

This was such an easy thing to make... I didn't buy all the separate fruit - just a combo bag of dried fruit from the store and it was fine. I added a little olive oil once it was done and it really helped make it less dry. The almonds were sooo tasty. I will do it again!

I thought this would be a different take on couscous, and it was!!! I tried it cold and hot, and lukewarm seemed best; however it was so dry that I added cranberry juice to it to help. Took it to a church function and most was left, so I am not going to try this again!

This recipe is so intriguing to me. A sweet couscous?! I had to try it. The hazelnuts were left out, because I didn't see any at the store. Too bad, that would have been a great flavor. Maybe next time.
My husband likes it too!
This is such a great guiltless snack. I love it, and will make it again.

I've made this twice now and use it to snack on during the week. I made a couple of modifications to suit my taste and it came out perfect! First, I toasted the nuts very well. The first go around I didn't get the full flavor. Secondly, before adding the nuts, I sprinkled a little bit of cinnamon and a teensy bit more sugar on top and mixed it all together - then added the nuts. I especially enjoy it warm! I love the fact that a small bowl is extremely filling! : Thankfully, my husband doesn't like couscous and my 3 year old son doesn't like nuts - so I get to enjoy it all by myself.

I omitted the oil and it was quite dry but I decided to add some milk and I now eat it as a breakfast cereal.

A perfect recipe to satisfy a sweet/savory craving! I used 4 packets of Splenda in place of the 1/2 c. sugar, and it still tasted just sweet enough. Also, I didn't have the cherries or hazelnuts on hand, but it still came out great!
