Ingredients
1 brioche bun, halved
1 egg white, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brush the outside of the bun top and bottom with the egg white. Sprinkle with the poppy seeds, onion, sesame seeds and salt. Place seasoned-side up on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
