This was my first time seeing Hungry Girl yesterday am; all the recipes for this episode appealed to me. Checked the pantry for ingredients, made my grocery list and got busy. I look for crockpot recipes, but no time for that this time. Loved mixing ingredients in bowl first-genius. Used black beans instead of red kidneys-nice contrast. Used 1/2 green bell pepper b/c of family preferences and increased the garlic. Browned the turkey in large pan (added garlic again then threw in the bowl of ingredients, brought to a boil, simmered for 30 min. Had fresh cilantro, so I stirred some in at the end. Done! Great meal, fast. 4 WW points plus- awesome. Spice wise, I used 1 chipotle in adobe and about 1tbsp. of its sauce, about 2 or 3 tsp. chili powder (didn't measure and left out the salt. I plan to make this for the nachos next time we have a family gathering, but not a fan of fat-free cheese. I'll use regular in moderation for a better flavor experience. This is a great turkey chili.

I was a bit nervous making this since there were no reviews at all. I'm glad I made it. So incredibly easy and yummy. I did make one small mistake and misread the ingredients list. I thought it said 1-3 cans of the peppers, not 1-3 canned peppers. So I used an entire 8 oz. can. WOW! It was hot but still so yummy, and since my husband and his friends LOVE spicy food it was all gone. (It was just a bit too spicy for me. But I did receive so many compliments on it. Thank you!
