I'm sure this is a fine falafel recipe, but legumes (beans, peanuts, lentils, etc are not kosher for passover... so it is a moot point to post this recipe...

I think it was too bland and the seasonings should have been doubled. It wasn't greasy which I liked, but it needed more flavor and was kind of dry

I thought this was an easy and delicious recipe. The most time consuming thing, obviously, is the soaking of the chickpeas. All in all a great and simple healthy recipe.

This recipe was used for a birthday party that I threw for my little one. I did a full vegetarian menu and these were part of the main meal. The taste of these were so good better then a lot of falafel I've tasted over the years ( I grew up on falafel but it was very hard to mold them. They were a bit sticky and soft. I might add a bit of fine bulger to them next time to help make them a bit more workable.

You have to let the chickpea mixture sit for an hour, so I don't see how prep time can be "15 minutes."

At any rate, this turned out really well. I also made a yogurt dill sauce to go with it (just greek yogurt, dill, and lemon juice. I was very pleased and I will definitely make it again.

Simple, quick & tasty. A yoghurt sauce is an excellent accompanyment.

The Falafel was great but the cucumber dressing didn't taste so good.
