Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
  • Combine the smoked paprika, coriander, celery salt, cayenne and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix with a fork. Use right away, or transfer to a resealable container and store in the pantry until ready to use.

  • The rub is great on chicken, beef, pork or fish.
