Awesome!! These truly deserve 5 stars or more!! I missed the sour cream step, but made these exactly as the recipes says otherwise. The cheescake came out delicate and velvety. Top with the fresh berry compote and sweetened creme, these are one of my all time favorite recipes!!! I will make this again and again. I took an extra step and mixed with compote with melted dark chocolate and drizzled it on top. This put these out of bounds!!!

This was an amazingly moist, decadent cupcake. I made them for a birthday party and it was a hit! I had no sour cream for the cheesecake, so I used plain yogurt instead. Wonderful recipe. thanks much!

This recipe is PERFECT, just as it is! I couldn't get foil cupcake liners so I made them in individual ramekins. Followed the recipe to the letter and I wouldn't change a thing. HUGE HIT with the whole family for my husband's birthday. Thank you for this recipe!!

These cupcakes were an absolute hit!! Everyone loved them! Interestingly enough, I usually never eat the cupcakes I make because I am a big health freak (weird, I know, but I couldn't resist eating these ones! What made these even better is that these are sooo easy to make. Some comments I would leave would be to double the recipe for everything if you are looking for a greater quantity because when this recipe says it will only yield you 12 cupcakes, it is not lying! In addition, try to make the frosting as thick as possible (of course without overmixing other wise the berry compote will spill over. But definitely try this recipe, you won't regret it!

Easy to make and "oh so good". I found foil liners at Michaels, and the cheesecake cupcake peeled out the wrapper just perfect. Also a great make ahead recipe. Still eating them 2 days later. Thanks Abby Jimenez and Cupcake Wars!
