    I made this tonight for friends and their kids and they could not get over how good this roast was. I sauteed the onions then browned the beef and put it all in the crock pot with potatoes, carrots and peas and cooked it on low all day. It was amazing.

    Yummmmy! I've used this recipie with short ribs too. Really flavorfull. I've looked for years for an easy and flavorfull recipie that would make me feel like a chef! This one does the trick!
