    Quick, Easy, Tasty!!
OK, I knew I needed to add garlic or else I wouldn't like it. So I sauteed 1 tsp. of garlic in a very small pat of butter (could use olive oil, I used 4 triangles of cheese, 1/4c. sour cream (I misread it at first, and on hand I had the real sour cream, 3 Tbsp. of parmesan, 1/4 tsp salt (maybe more, 1/4 tsp pepper (maybe more, a little milk to thin if needed. Heated some cooked chicken I had in freezer and it was quick, easy, and tasty!!! I will try the fat free sour cream next time. I used this on regular noodles because I can't find the tofu noodles here. My family liked this and I thought it was pretty tasty!.

The noodles: some bites rubbery when chewed, other bites were just fine. Could be noodles were not cooked evenly in the microwave. More frequent stirring could help.

The sauce: Smelled like fettucine alfredo. Tasted a little bland, but fixable with a tiny bit more salt and lots of black pepper.

Difficulty in cooking: None, especially because I used the microwave for the whole thing!

Bottom of the Plate: Yep, I saw it! If you want a quick (we're talking minutes fettuccine alfredo fix and don't want to feel bad about eating it, this is a decent substitute--but don't kid yourself into thinking it will taste as good as the real thing. I added frozen broccoli that I steamed using the microwave. I really liked the fact that I did it all using the microwave. A good dish to make on those hot summer days with no air conditioning. I would make this again. Try it once even just to experiment.

HH Hippo's Tip: To be green, I used flour sack towels to dry the noodles instead of paper towels.

This recipe was terrible, bland and flavorless. The sauce concept I think can be doctored to have more flavor without adding too many calories, but those "noodles" will not enter my home again.

This was the fastest, easiest meal I have ever made. It wasn't the best fettuccine alfredo I have ever had, but it was the best you can get for the calories. I added 1/2 c of frozen spinach and an extra cheese wedge to make this a heartier meal. I was surprised at how filling this was despite the lack of nutritional value.

I am so happy to have discovered the tofu noodles- can't wait to experiment with these in other pasta recipes!

Made this tonight, I am Italian American and have been eating pasta all of my life so its something I'm not willing to give up. This tofu pasta was not bad, you just have to really dry them well and be ready for the texture, its kinda like a squid texture. For me, I'd make it again bec like I said I love pasta and this way I can have it, this whole dish was only 81 calories and 1 weight watchers point, you cannot beat that! The "Alfredo" sauce was not decadent but it def was a good mock Alfredo!

The texture isn't like traditional pasta, but the flavor is there and it's SO comforting. Love this recipe.

Don't let the strange smell of the tofu noodles stop you from trying this yummy recipe because they have no taste. The noodle texture reminds me of calamari more than pasta, but didn't bother me at all because the flavor of this dish was great and satisfying!! Will definitely put this recipe in my keeper file.

I loved this dish. The only problem anyone could have with it would be the texture. Did not bother me any. I deprive myself of pasta for carb reasons, but this fit the bill. I added 2 of the wedges of laughing cow cheese and added some of the basil from the tube. This would also be a good sauce mix for any pasta if you did not like the tofu noodles. Thanks for the great recipe.

I really cant get past the weird chewy texture of the noodle. Otherwise it's ok.
