    I have made this several times for friends and for dinner parties. It is always a hit. It is easy to make ahead and finish in the oven at the last minute. It looks gorgeous on the plate.

    I am trying to find a recipe on how to fix filet mignon and every thing i pop up has what kind of recipe but not how to fix it!
