Firi Firi Donuts
Mix the flour and yeast in a bowl. Add 1 1/2 to 2 cups water and mix to form a soft dough. Add the sugar and let rise 4 to 5 hours.
Divide the dough into 12 to 15 pieces.
Preheat the oil in a large pot to 375 degrees F.
Roll each piece of dough lengthwise about 5 inches long and 1-inch diameter. Fry the oil until golden. Roll in additional sugar after frying.
