This is one of the best! I do have to admit, I can't eat much of anything with jalapeno peppers anymore, so I use other fresh peppers when a recipe calls for jalapenos. I used Anaheim (or New Mexico green chile peppers instead and removed the seeds for this one. I don't eat sugar anymore, so I used a few drops of Stevia in the salsa. Yummy fajitas! I don't really need to wrap this fish in a tortilla, it would taste great just off the grill with the salsa and fresh avocado!

I don't know how to Rate this. Spicy has sooooo many meanings it is meaningless.

Can anyone name twenty spices? Yes and probably more.

Living on the Atlantic Coast we don't have mahi mahi, we have dolphin.

The salsa was really good but the fish was rather bland. Maybe a different fish would be better next time.

The salsa verde is so easy and so good. can use with mexican dishes or just chips! I didn't add the juice after roasting the tomatillos and it was the perfect consistency. Don't skimp on the salt!
Only had tuna steaks on hand and it was a great combo! Keeper!

These fish tacos were easy to make, didn't take a lot of time, & were absolutely delicious. I especially like that the fish is grilled instead of fried (it is often fried in fish taco recipes I have seen, & the salsa verde is so fresh & yummy- it really makes these tacos! Thanks-

This recipe was very easy and delicious. I had a lot of salsa left over which is not a bad thing. The only change that I made was to use oho fish instead. The store didn't have fresh mahi that day. I will definitely make this again.
