Loved your show today Janet, didn't realize it was your first one you
were so at ease! Excuse me for bragging a little, but I can tell from the
recipe if it's going to be worth trying (like right now so looking forward
to viewing all your shows, much good luck!

Just saw the show and I can not wait to make all the recipes. I am a avid Food Network watcher and this was a great show. One that inspired me to finally register on the FN and make a comment. I can't wait to see your next show. I Love Spices!

I haven't made this recipe yet, but plan to make it for my husband right away. I already make a 5 spice rice pudding he loves, so I know he is going to love this! Just watching her make this, I was drooling!

Janet, it's about time we got a show where someone showcases spices and their uses. You did a fabulous job this first show, and I am already hooked on your show! One note: if you think Greek oregano is good (used in your cucumber medallion recipe, wait until you try Mexican oregano! I plan on making this goat cheese dip with it. I may even adapt this recipe and use it in mashed potatos. Yum!

I must have had about ten new ideas for new recipes just watching this first show. That is exactly the kind of show I want to see! Great job, Janet--I can't wait to see more!
