My husband, who loves my cooking, says this is the best thing I've made in months. Used one lemon, not three. The chicken was juicy and crispy. The sauce was absolutely delicious. Also quick and easy. I'll make this for company. This is why Melissa is one of my two favorite Food Network chefs.

It was very easy and very good. After reading the other reviews, I decided to use only 1 lemon.

    Absolutely will make again..

This recipe is outstanding. It has a very original, and yet very universally appealing, taste. I love all the lemon and I think that is kind of the point of the recipe - but you could certainly alter it downward if you didn't agree. My kids love it without the onions.

Good recipe using preseasoned chicken breasts (lemon/garlic from the supermarket. I use only 1 lemon, or none. The fresh thyme definitely adds to flavoring the sauce and is a must. I am sorry to say this is the only recipe from Melissa I have tried because I just haven't found another one that appeals to me as I do with Ina, Giada, Anne and Food Network's other really great chefs.

Melissa D'Arabian has become my favorite personality on the Food Network. This dish is amazingly simple, yet has awesome flavor. I've used orange juice instead of lemon juice and the dish still tastes just as good, with layers of flavors. Even my kids love it!

This was so easy and so quick to make! The flavor was great. I mixed in mushrooms with the onions since I had them on hand and wanted to use them up before they went bad. These ingredients are things I almost always have on hand. This will be my go-to meal when I need a quick, tasty dinner.

I confess I haven't tried this exact recipe, but I've made the 4-step chicken a few completely different ways and they all turned out to be fabulous! I'm not very good cook, but my husband loved last night's version so much he said he would order it at a 5-star restaurant and wants me to make it every night!

The first time I tried it, the only liquid I had was sparkling apple cider, and I used celery in the aromatics and it ended up tasting like Thanksgiving dressing!

We love the combo of chicken, broccoli, rice, and curry powder, so one time I put some curry powder in the dredge and in the sauce, and the chicken miraculously tasted like bacon, and the whole thing over rice and broccoli was great.

Last night's was more normal, with bell peppers onions and garlic as the aromatics and chicken broth for the liquid, with a little cream cheese, parmesean, and parsley in the sauce.

The 4 steps make it so easy to do gourmet. Genius! Thanks, Melissa!!!

This is a fanstatic chicken. I have showed this to a lot of people and they like it. I have made this more than once, and I reallly like it. I would recommend this dish to anyone to cook and enjoy. Another way to cook chicken if it is for yourself or company.

    Thanks a bunch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
