It was basically a marsala recipe and we LOVED it. My children ate the leftovers thinking that I had been out to dinner. Will surely make this one over and over again.

I love this sauce. We actually use it with fish and I just love it. So very easy and just so complex. As a busy mom, that seems impossible.

My two children are extremely picky eaters and I made this for them and they absolutely loved it. Now I have to make it for them all the time. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

This chicken is great! I made it shortly after the Finale of FN Star and have made it for dinner parties and family dinners again and again. It's a great technique and you can just switch out the herbs and aromatics. Great job Melissa!

I saw this on the finale. I immediately said I can make this with things I have in my pantry and fridge. I have made it so many times since and have varied the aromatics and sauce ingredients. This recipe is pure genius in its simplicity and versatility.

This was a big hit with the whole family, and also pretty easy to make. I found my oldest son scraping the pan for the last little bit. I love Melissa's personality and the helpful tips. I sure hope she will return for many more episodes! I really hoped you'd win all along.

This was so easy and so tasty. I loved it the night I made it and I loved it as a leftover (and I am not a leftover person. I have now made it twice and its been perfect each time. I love so many of your quick recipes. Keep them coming.
