Followed this recipe exactly and it was delish! I love the ginger/cilantro pesto and corn relish. Very easy to make. My husband already has plans to serve this on vacation this summer with family!

This was great. I made a few changes. I will definitately be making this again. I think next time with Sea Bass from Whole Foods!
Since my local grocery didn't have fresh bass, I used Tilapia instead.
I omitted the ginger.
EVOO rather than vegetable oil.
Lastly, I substituted small sweet orange and red peppers rather than tomatoes. This works great for people with tomoato allergies.
