- Small handful snow pea sprouts
- 1 red radish, finely sliced
- 6 fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 6 slivers preserved lemon, julienne
- 10 rocket leaves
- 3 tablespoons verjuice vinaigrette
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients with vinaigrette.
