This was a total hit at my house, the left overs were just as good the next day!

Followed the recipe except,I used a tenderizer hammer to flatten the fillets out, then soaked about 20 mins.Grilled about 2-3 mins each side, fit the bun great.

I wanted something different and had root beer and chicken to use so I made this dish but substituted apple juice for the wine, used 6 oz of root beer, I also used split breast instead of fillets and cooked the chicken after marinading in their own juices per recipe in a roaster in the oven at 350 then pan fried to brown and served with french fries. It was very good my husband liked it.
