    The recipe was great. However, we did make a few changes because we couldn't find the correct ingredients. Instead of Hazelnut paste and extract we used Almond paste and vanilla extract. Along with some diced almonds on top. They came out really well and everyone wanted more. The only real problem we had was an occasional tear when we were folding them...Definitely a recipe worth trying... if three college students can do it, then anyone can!
